Is StepUpiq really free?▼
Yes! During our launch year, everything is completely free — unlimited access to all features, no credit card required. After the first year, a free Starter plan will always be available.
When will paid plans launch?▼
Paid plans will be introduced after the free launch year ends. We'll announce pricing at least 30 days before any charges apply. You'll receive an email notification.
What happens to my data after the free period?▼
Nothing changes. Your profile, steps, applications, earnings, and all data are preserved on the free Starter plan. You'll just have referral and listing limits.
Do candidates need to pay to apply for jobs?▼
No. Job applications are always unlimited and free across all plans. Paid plans only affect referral limits and freelance service listings.
What's the 80/20 earnings split?▼
When you earn through referrals, affiliate links, or creator monetization, you keep 80% and StepUpiq takes 20% as a platform fee. This split is the same across all plans.
Can I switch plans later?▼
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan until the billing period ends, then move to the new plan.
